Basically we all live in a community in most cases connected to our neighbors. What happens next door can have a good or bad impact on our own house, especially when it comes time to sell. When the community was built the association was formed with bi-laws, which are in effect to protect us all and our investment. Basically we are to maintain and upkeep our homes so they look good for all.
Some of the most common violations we can all see everyday are.
Parking:
Our driveways are good enough to fit just up to 3 cars and no more. some people try to fit 4 or more cars which is a problem, especially to the neighbors who have to look at a "used car lot" next door.
Any more than 4 cars in a driveway or cars parked in the grass, as well as boats or commercial vehicles are not allowed. The association does not have to sticker or give a warning for this violation and can toe without notice. We do give warnings sometimes, but just as a courtesy to try to help the neighbors.
Roofing:
Another common violation is roof color as well as house color. Its very simple, green houses have green roofs and brown houses have brown roofs. The types of shingles and paint colors are specified on the Info
Garbage Bins:
Garbage pick up Days are Tuesdays and Fridays in the morning, So you must take your garbage bin the same day back to your back yard. DO NOT LEAVE IT, in front nor on the side of your Unit. If you do so, you will receive a $25.- fine. every time you do that.
